Join our Summer Ranger Programme to get involved in nature-based activities and tasks around the Glen. Take part in activities such as safe fire practice, den building, bug hotels, pond dipping and wildlife ID skills! Each week will have a different focus, so come along to learn new skills and make a difference for nature.
Meeting place will be at the Conservation Cabin at 10am, where there is a car park with free parking. Directions are provided in the above photos.
PPE such as gloves and eye protection will be provided, but please ensure appropriate clothing and footwear are worn (ie long sleeves and wellies/walking boots). Hand tools may be used for certain sessions, in which case a safety demonstration will be provided.
